JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a childcare worker at Jukkasjärvi preschool, you will be part of a team that works together based on applicable governing documents and guidelines for preschools. Together in the team, you work for the children's development and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with childcare education. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, initiative-driven, and goal-oriented, with an approach that is adaptable to the situation. A positive attitude is essential. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development, therefore good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement in both speech and writing. We also place great importance on personal suitability.
